Most people who look after themselves well do not do it in one appointment. They come back, they notice what is changing, and they keep going because someone is guiding them. Membership is how we make that simpler.
Each month you pay a set amount, and it is added to your account as credit. You can use it on anything we offer, across every department, whenever you need it. It might be your regular treatment, something your practitioner has recommended, or a product you rely on. Nothing is locked to one service, and nothing is wasted because your credit carries forward.
Membership at The Nantwich Clinic in Nantwich turns a set monthly payment into credit you can use on any treatment, product or service, across aesthetics, physiotherapy, podiatry, audiology and private GP care. Every member has a clinical review every three months, and two tiers, Foundation and Established, suit people who see us for one kind of care or several.
Care with a direction
Every three months you will sit down with your practitioner for a review. We look at where you started, what has changed, and what comes next, so your care always has a direction rather than just a next appointment. When you book a course of treatment, we add 10% of its value back to your account as course credit, or 15% for Established members, to use on anything here.
What members get
A few things we like to do for the people we see often. You will have first choice of our evening and Saturday appointments, member pricing on the products we stock, something small to take home at each review, and a treat on us during your birthday month.
Established: for people we look after in more than one way. If something flares up, you will be seen within two working days. If you see us for more than one thing, we book your appointments together, so it is one visit rather than two.

There is a one-off joining fee of £45, and you take home your member welcome bag, put together for you personally, with products chosen to suit the care you come to us for. When you enquire, we’ll talk you through how membership works and help you choose the right one.
HOW THIS MEMBERSHIP WORKS
This membership runs over a 12-month commitment, allowing sufficient time to establish a health baseline, monitor change, and deliver meaningful preventative care.
Appointments are booked as needed, within fair usage limits, and benefits are available only while the membership is active.
Appointments must be used within the membership year and do not roll over.
Questions patients ask
I only come for one thing. Is it still worth it?
Yes, lots of members use it for one regular treatment. Foundation is designed for exactly that, and the credit is there if you ever want to try anything else.
Which membership should I choose?
If you see us for one kind of care, Foundation usually fits. If you see us for more than one, such as physio and podiatry, Established gives you room for both.
What if I don't use all my credit?
Your credit carries forward, and at every review we help you plan how to use it, so it goes towards the care that matters to you.
