Attend clinic for your private GP appointment
We endeavour to maintain continuity within your appointments so that you see the same practitioner. However, our team has different backgrounds, areas of interest and specialities. They may not always be available on the day you wish to see them, you have the choice to wait to see them, however, if your appointment is a matter of urgency you may be placed with another suitable practitioner.
We work closely with a number of private healthcare providers and consultants and will make a referral when necessary to enable you to receive the best care for your needs. If it’s your choice to receive NHS treatment, it’s also possible for us to write to your NHS GP to suggest investigations and onward referral.
All of our consultations include any applicable private prescriptions.
Please be aware that all prescriptions are “Private” and do incur a fee at any pharmacy, though often, they are less expensive than an NHS prescription.
The clinic has free, secure onsite parking with parking next to the entrance for those with disabilities.
Consultation fees are taken at time of booking to secure your appointment.
Payment can be made via a debit or credit card over the phone, if you wish to make payment by BACS our admin team will email an invoice to you which includes The Nantwich Clinic Account details.
If your insurance company is paying for your consultation, please inform us of your membership number and the authorisation code at the time of booking your appointment.
I am afraid we no longer accept Cheques.
Should you wish to cancel or re-arrange your appointment we do ask for a minimum of 48 Hours notice otherwise a late cancellation fee will be applicable based on the appointment cost.
