Fascial Mobilisation is a gentle manual therapy specifically developed to improve the foot and ankle function by targeting stiff, mal-aligned or dysfunctional joints and improving the function in the lower limb.

This form of manual therapy involves finding and treating the cause of the pain rather than just the symptoms. Each bone and joint in the foot, lower limb & ankle is individually assessed and the body’s own natural repair process is used to reduce pain and improve the issue.

Tom is also competent in three other methods which can be used along side the Stecco Method which were taught to him by Ted Jedynak from Adelaide, Australia. These are Tool assisted massage, Foot & Ankle Manipulation and Foot Mobilisation Techniques (FMT).
